Located in Downtown Telluride, only 1 block to the free access Gondola, 1/2 block to Historic Main Street and walking distance to ski lifts, restaurants, shops, grocery, Town Park (festival grounds), trails, and all attractions.
Everything in town is within a five block radius of our property.
Our standard hotel rooms with 1 or 2 queen beds are approximately 275 square feet (1 Queen) & 325 square feet (2 Queens). These rooms are comfortable and well appointed.
Continental breakfast is included! Fresh baked pastries, oatmeal, assorted cold cereals, low fat yogurt and apples served daily with coffee, orange juice, assorted teas & hot cocoa.

ICE HOUSE LODGE & CONDOMINIUMS  ($$$)

The Ice House Lodge is a 22-room lodge adjoined by 16 two-and three-bedroom condominiums with fully-equipped kitchens. By combining Southwestern elegance with an old fashioned emphasis on comfort and service, this casual but sophisticated hotel brings to Telluride a new standard in mountain lodging. A full continental breakfast is served in the sky-lit mezzanine, and the apres-ski bar provides a relaxing setting at the end of the day.
The Lodge is ideally located two blocks from the heart of Telluride and 100 yards from the Oak Street Ski Lift and the Gondola to the Mountain Village.

Our luxurious hotel accommodations include suites and standard rooms. Our 10 spacious suites have a living room with privacy door, wet bar, queen sofa bed, a full bath in the master bedroom and most have a half bath in the living room. All rooms have HD flat panel TV's, DVD player, CD player and wireless high-speed internet.

The Ice House also has 16 one, two, and three-bedroom condominiums up to 2,300 square feet in size. Condo amenities include full kitchens, washer and dryer, large living and dining areas, walk-in master closet and oversized master bath with jetted tub.

THE MOUNTAIN LODGE AT TELLURIDE   ($$$$)

Nestled between the Double Cabin and Village Bypass ski runs, the hotel is 250 yards from a complimentary gondola that connects the Mountain Village resort area to the town of Telluride 1,000 feet below. The hotel also provides complimentary ski shuttles by request, a ski valet, and ski storage. During winter, ski and snowboard rentals are available on site.

The main lodge has a four-way fireplace, an après-ski bar, a fitness center with steam room, and a sundeck with outdoor splash pool and spa tub. A general store provides sundries and DVD rentals. Complimentary high-speed wireless Internet access is available in the lobby. The hotel is a smoke-free property.

The Mountain Lodge at Telluride offers a variety of guest rooms, vacation condo rentals, and luxury cabins, all richly furnished in a Western motif with soft leather furniture, pine cabinetry, granite countertops, flagstone accents, and designer touches throughout.
