13 storey condo building located 1.5 km from the centre of Cervinia. In house lift and ski storage. Motor access to the house (in winter snow chains necessary). Ski bus stop 50 m & chair lift 150 m. Please note: car essential. The Residence has 2 lifts, one up to the 9th floor and one from the 9th floor to the 12th floor. Restaurant is open only during the winter season.

The simply furnished condo's are 1-bedroom, sleeping from 2 to 5 persons. Separate living room, bathroom, and kitchenette.
